2. Handcrafted Product Variations
- Artisanal Variations: Because our premium soaps and other skin care products are uniquely handmade in small batches, slight variations in color, shape, cut, design, and scent are normal and expected features of artisanal production. These natural variations are a testament to the artisan process and do not constitute a product defect, fault, or major failure under Australian Consumer Law.
- Preservative-Free Disclaimer & Customer Care: Our products are formulated strictly without synthetic preservatives or chemical stabilizers. Products that do not contain water (such as our anhydrous products) are highly vulnerable to bacterial growth and spoilage if moisture or water is introduced into the container by the user.
- Limitation of Liability for Spoilage: It is the customer’s absolute responsibility to keep unpreserved products completely dry, use clean/dry utensils, and seal lids tightly immediately after use. Soaperlative Collection is strictly not liable for product degradation, mold, or spoilage resulting from water contamination, improper hygiene practices, or incorrect storage environments after delivery. Spoiled items due to user water introduction do not qualify for refunds or replacements under our consumer guarantees.
3. Medical, Pregnancy & Safety Disclaimer
- No Medical Advice: The information provided on this website, including product descriptions, ingredient benefits, and historical uses of raw components, is for educational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any skin condition or disease.
- Pregnancy & Lactation: Some of our handcrafted products contain concentrated natural plant extracts and pure essential oils. If you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy, or breastfeeding, we strongly advise you to consult your healthcare professional or doctor before using our products. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to review our full ingredient lists with a medical practitioner.
- Usage & Patch Tests: Customers must strictly follow the “How to Use” instructions and safety warnings listed on our packaging and website. We strongly recommend performing a 24-hour skin patch test prior to full product use. Soaperlative Collection is not liable for individual skin sensitivities or allergic reactions to properly disclosed ingredients.
4. Billing, Pricing & Order Accuracy
- Prices for our products are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order you place with us (for example, if we suspect fraudulent activity, if a technical error occurs with pricing, or if stock is unavailable). If we cancel an order, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed at our store.
5. Shipping, Returns & No Change of Mind
- All purchases made through this website are subject to our formal Shipping, Returns & Cancellations Policies.
- Due to strict public health, safety, and hygiene regulations surrounding handcrafted personal care items, all sales are final. We strictly do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds or store credits for a change of mind.

- Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
- You are legally entitled to a choice of a replacement or full refund for a major product failure (such as an item arriving severely broken, contaminated, or physically compromised in transit).
